Shipping and Other Policies

Shipping

Generally, shipping services are provided through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (Fedex).  Each order is carefully packaged and hand delivered to the shipping agency.  All shipments are insured against loss or damage.

USPS proof of mailing is recorded/retained for every order and can be forwarded via email, on request.

Sorry, no COD orders will be processed.

Expedited, overnight or priority shipping services (USPS or FedEx) are available for an additional fee.  Please contact us for a cost quote to your delivery address.

We ship worldwide!

We welcome customers throughout the world!  Our Shopping Cart does not accurately calculate shipping rates for foreigh shipments.  Please contact us for rates.  Shipping costs do not include taxes, duties or other import fees which may be assessed by foreign governments.  If such fees are due, you may be asked to pay them on receipt.  Please contact your local custom's office before placing an order to ensure you are aware of any fees that may be charged.

Note:  All international orders are shipped with a U.S. Customs Declaration form declaring the total purchase price.  This form also contains a USPS tracking number.

Additionally, we very proudly support our troops and gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses.  Thank you for serving!

Shipping Rates for U.S. Addresses

Our Shopping Cart attempts to automatically calculate the shipping cost of each order.  Sometimes it fails!  If shipping costs are inappropriate for the order, we will contact the buyer prior to actual shipping.

Returns

All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Customer Service before sending any product back.  Please email us if there is a problem; we want to correct it immediately!

Any product may be be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.  No refunds are allowed after 30 days.  If PVAC supplied the incorrect part for your vehicle, you may exchange it for the correct part at any time.

Any product being returned must:
     be unused and in resalable condition
     shipped to us postpaid
     include a copy of your invoice
     provide an explanation of the problem/reason for return

Pricing

Peninsula Vintage Auto Parts is not responsible for typographical or descriptive errors on products.  Products are subject to availability and prices may change without notice. Quantities are limited on certain products and are valid while supplies last.  Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
